FB_Alps suite will guide the user with an interface for laser auto-focus of the sample. With a fully automated process, the software can recognize the optimal focal point to achieve the best Action Potential recordings.
Furthermore, FB_Alps suite will guide the user with an interface for laser auto-alignment on the electrodes. Such procedure is critical for an optimal positioning of the laser spot during the laser scan over the electrodes of the MEA.
At the end of the two steps, a fully automated laser scan will provide action potentials from each electrode shooted.
